Neha Chauhan grew up noticing how many people around her struggled silently. She saw children missing school. Women hiding their pain. Families stuck in cycles of poverty.

She wanted to change this. She studied people, communities and their challenges. She did her Master’s in Anthropology at Amity University, Noida. She learned not just about society, but about the hidden struggles people face every day.

For over ten years, Neha has worked with communities, governments and NGOs. She has seen the problems up close—lack of education, poor health, women held back, villages left behind. And she knew she couldn’t just watch.

So she started Apeksh Welfare Foundation. Her dream was simple: help people live with dignity, hope and opportunity. She didn’t want short-term fixes. She wanted lasting change.

Under her guidance, Apeksh works in education, health, women empowerment and sustainable development. They bring help where it is needed most—villages, small towns and urban communities often forgotten.
